ORDERING & DELIVERY
A little practical detail.
All purchases from this website are completed in our Etsy shop. The individual listing shows the current formats, sizes, prices and delivery estimate before you pay.
Digital downloads
A digital download supplies files for you to print yourself. No physical print or frame is shipped. Check the listing for the included sizes, file formats and download instructions.
Physical prints & framing
Physical prints are made to order. Framing is available only where offered in the listing and must be selected when ordering. Images on this website show illustrative room settings; a pictured frame is not automatically included.
Delivery timing
Delivery depends on the item, finish and destination. Use the estimate shown on Etsy for your address, and check it before ordering for a gift or a specific date.
Returns & order questions
Check the shop’s returns policy and the item-specific terms on Etsy before buying. If something arrives damaged or you need help with an order, contact us through that Etsy order so we can locate it and advise on the next step.
